I'm overseas, and the goods are being shipped from China. What if they get damaged during transit?
First, during the shipping process, we conduct a comprehensive quality inspection and take photographs to create a quality inspection report, ensuring that the goods are in perfect condition.
Second, prior to shipment, we rigorously reinforce the packaging of all products. Depending on the material (such as stone, wood, or fragile items), we use wooden crates, reinforced frames, and shock-absorbing materials to minimize transportation risks as much as possible.
In the rare event of accidental damage during transit, we have established procedures in place: we will first identify the source of the issue and proactively propose a resolution. We also recommend purchasing cargo insurance to further protect your interests.
Overall, the likelihood of such incidents is low. If we are responsible for the transportation process, we will provide full support from pre-shipment preparation through to tracking and coordination during transit.
How long does it take from order placement to delivery?
Generally speaking, the entire process consists of several stages: design confirmation (if you require our design services), production, quality inspection, packaging, and international shipping.
The production lead time for standard products is typically 20–55 days.
Shipping by sea to different countries generally takes 20–45 days.
For villas or other commercial projects, we generally recommend allowing 4–6 months from order confirmation to the arrival of the goods at the project site.
I’ve never been to China. Is there a way to complete the purchase without having to travel there myself?
Of course. For clients who are not planning to visit China, we will assist you in finalizing the design and selecting materials through online meetings, renderings, material proposals, product documentation, sample confirmations, and on-site video footage. All product specifications, dimensions, colors, and craftsmanship will be confirmed with you item by item prior to production.
However, if time and circumstances permit, we still recommend that you visit China. This is because many materials—especially products like tiles, stone, hardwood flooring, and cabinets—can look different in photos and videos compared to how they appear in person. Selecting materials in person not only allows for a more intuitive comparison of product quality, color, and craftsmanship details, but also enables you to finalize more material options at once, streamlining the decision-making process. It also provides a deeper understanding of our service workflow, giving you greater peace of mind throughout the entire collaboration.

Can your products be custom-sized? My home has a unique floor plan.
Of course. In fact, most villas and high-end residential projects involve non-standard dimensions, so customization is one of our core services. We can customize cabinets, wardrobes, doors and windows, bathroom vanities, and more to fit your specific floor plan and dimensions. Simply provide us with your floor plan and measurement data (or contact us for measurement guidelines), and our designers will create a customized proposal for your approval.
What is the minimum order quantity? I’m just renovating my own home; I’m not looking to buy in bulk.
We have no minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement. Whether you’re renovating a single-family home, a villa, or an apartment, or simply purchasing materials for a single room, we can assist you.
Since our business primarily serves residential and construction projects, we focus more on the actual needs of the project rather than the quantity purchased. You can purchase the products you need based on your renovation plans.
What are the payment options? Is full payment required in advance? Is it safe?
Generally, we require a payment structure of 30% deposit plus 70% final payment.
After you confirm your order, you will pay a 30% deposit to initiate production. Once the products are manufactured and pass quality inspection, we will provide photos or videos for your verification. After you confirm that everything is in order, you will pay the remaining 70% balance, and we will arrange for shipment.
The entire process is supported by a contract, quotation, and product list. Each payment corresponds to specific production and delivery milestones, ensuring a clear and transparent process.
Once the product arrives, can I install it myself? Do you offer installation services?
We provide detailed installation instructions, drawings, and video guides to help you coordinate the installation with your local construction team. For complex products (such as built-in cabinets and custom doors and windows), we also offer professional installation support, including remote video assistance to resolve any installation issues.
What should I do if I discover a quality issue or a discrepancy with the sample upon receiving the goods?
If you discover any quality issues or discrepancies from the approved sample after receiving your order, we have a clear after-sales process in place.
First, we conduct rigorous quality inspections before shipping and provide you with photos or videos for your confirmation.
If quality issues or discrepancies from the approved standards are indeed found upon delivery, we will address the situation based on the actual circumstances.
Additionally, if damage occurs during transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider and insurance company (if shipping insurance has been purchased).
We confirm drawings, colors, materials, and production details with you before manufacturing all products to minimize any discrepancies.
