Substrate
MDF
Medium density fiberboard (MDF) has a smooth surface, excellent workability, and is stable and durable. It does not crack even after long term use. Because of its uniform density, it is easy to paint and finish, making it ideal for complex cabinet designs. When paired with PVC or baked enamel, it allows for a wide variety of designs.
Particleboard
Particleboard is a new type of eco friendly engineered material. It features a smooth, fine surface, an attractive grain, a stable structure, and excellent resistance to warping. It is an excellent choice because it is lightweight and easy to handle. Furthermore, it is cost-effective without compromising on quality.
Plywood
Plywood is a type of engineered wood panel made by gluing and pressing together multiple layers of thin wood veneers with their grain oriented at right angles to one another. This material offers excellent environmental performance, high load-bearing capacity, resistance to cracking, and outstanding resistance to warping.
Solid Wood
Multi layer solid wood panels are made by rotary-cutting logs into veneers or thin slices, which are then layered alternately with the grain running perpendicular to each other and bonded together. As a result, they are stronger, more moisture resistant, and have better load-bearing capacity, while retaining the natural grain of the wood and offering excellent structural stability.
Kitchen Design and Customization
I-Shaped
Type I kitchen layouts arrange the washing, food preparation, and cooking areas in a straight line, making them ideal for narrow or small kitchens. The core of this design is a streamlined workflow, and the use of ergonomic dimensions can significantly enhance user comfort.
L-Shaped
The L-shaped cabinet runs along two adjacent walls, making full use of the corner space. With the sink and prep area located along the long side, the stove on the short side, and the main countertop in the middle, this layout creates a practical “work triangle” that ensures a smooth and unobstructed workflow.
U-Shaped
U-shaped kitchens offer the highest space utilization. With countertops on three sides, they seamlessly connect the “washing, chopping, and stir-frying” areas to form a work triangle. They feature a spacious layout and ample prep space, allowing multiple family members to assist with cooking together.
Gallery
Gallery cabinets are ideal for short, efficient workflow paths and are perfect for families who enjoy quick cooking; they offer ample storage space and can be installed along both walls, making the most of the available space.
Corridor
Corridor Storage Integration refers to the use of custom cabinets (such as cantilevered cabinets and built-in cabinets) in hallways, entryways, or common corridors outside the kitchen to optimize space functionality.
Island
Island Kitchen Cabinets uses special materials such as marble, granite, and quartz to craft countertops, or incorporates design elements like varying heights and curved lines, which can significantly enhance the overall sophistication and artistic flair of the interior design.
